growITup is the result of a long-standing collaboration between the Cariplo Foundation and Microsoft, aimed at developing concrete initiatives for young people, thanks to the activation of specialized training courses and the construction of new job opportunities. A synergy between two realities - no profit and profit - strongly present in the territory, which has grown over the years and which, in the wake of important results obtained through several joint projects, has led to the creation of a unique idea in the European scene.
Teamwork has been operating in the hospitality industry since 1998, providing the know-how and experience gained by its consultants and has for years been a reliable and expert interlocutor able to provide customized services, so as to collaborate with the most important hotel chains, territorial promotion agencies, training agencies, universities.
