In the last twenty years the world of hospitality has witnessed the fastest and most revolutionary changes in its history. The advent of the Internet, social media and digital communication has revolutionized accommodation/hosting: more direct, more immediate ... more complex.

At the same time, guests’ consciousness and competence have grown; Millennials, Z Generation, digital natives: guests of the future are already present. The use of technology in hotels affects each step in the customer journey, from the booking phase to the customer’s retention and loyalty after the stay.

HICON - Hospitality Innovation Conference was born out of this scenario, an event entirely dedicated to the most advanced hospitality technologies.

Consultant and trainer in Teamwork, deals with the design of new concepts and innovation in the hospitality sector. It manages redevelopment projects and start-ups of accommodation facilities.
