Already 30 years ago, Michaela recognized the great potential of online marketing. In her responsibility as director electronic distribution for a European voluntary hotel chain with more than 200 properties she implemented a central reservations system and established a specialist team that trained and supported the member hotels. In 2001, Michaela founded h2c, a professional services company, specializing in digital marketing, technology and market research, which today employs 10 people. The international executive MBA at Rotterdam School of Management/Erasmus University enabled Michaela to broaden her skills in marketing, finance, leadership development and change management.
