Paolo Iabichino, also known as Iabicus, is an advertising writer, creative director, founder of the Civic Brands Observatory with Ipsos Italia, and teacher at the Holden School.
He deals with creativity and new languages in the construction of content on and off the Net. He came up with the concept of 'Invertising' in a book that has become a manifesto for a renewed and conscious advertising message. His latest book is 'Civil Writing. Advertising and branding at the service of society' for Luiss University Press, which has also entrusted him with the editorial curatorship of a brand new series, Armi Segrete.
In 2018, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia elected him Communicator of the Year and in November 2021 he was awarded the Laurea Magistrale Honoris Causa in Communication and Advertising for Organisations by the University of Urbino Carlo Bo.
Since November 2022 he has been writing a column in L'economia civile, an insert of Avvenire, analysing the world of 'Civil Advertising'.
