Born in Milan in 1974, who has always been passionate about technology and innovation, he studied at the Degree Course in Computer Science at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
He began his professional career in 1998 as a business consultant and teacher. In the two-year period 2000 - 2002 he is at Radio 24 - Il Sole 24 Ore as an Internet Specialist.
In 2002, he was called to Best Western Italia to fill the role of Internet Specialist & System Integrator, which was still missing in the company, with the aim of overseeing and developing the group's presence on the web.
In the hotel group, with growing responsibilities, he completed a professional career that culminated in 2022 with the function of Director Dev & Digital Ecostystem reporting directly to the General Management.
With this role he coordinates today a team of seven people for the management, design, care and development of all the group's projects relating to the web. Platform development expert, he designed the network of 180 hotel sites and related booking engines, started the digital payment platforms, digital customer Journey. He deals with the enhancement of corporate data, business intelligence and all activities related to PCI-DSS, GDPR and PSD2.
