He has been working for years as a hotel manager in Turin and over the years has overseen the start-up of several facilities in the Piedmont region without ever neglecting personal development, attending seminars and workshops that have enabled him to stay abreast of new technologies and the changes taking place in the hotel tourism sector.
He has always focused his interest in particular on distribution issues, online reputation management and the use of Facebook in tourism.
Co-founder of Mind Lab Hotel (hotel consultancy company), he provides training in Facebook marketing for Forter Ascom Piemonte, Quadrifor and Infor-Elea.
He was a faculty member for the ITS Tourism and Cultural Activities Foundation in 2017 and 2019.
He often participated in tourism events throughout the country as a speaker or moderator.
At BTO11 he is on the Programme Committee, in the Hospitality Working Group.
