“In 2014, after some working experiences around Italy, I decided to participate to a contest for the managing of a public area in Manarola and I won! It was a big surprise for me and for my family too! So in the same summer I started to restore this abandoned terrace overlooking the sea to convert it into a wonderful bar. I opened this place with great enthusiasm and I started welcoming my first guests with a big smile on my face. In the summer of 2014 I also launched the PESTO EXPERIENCE, a cooking class in which everyone can learn and make the real pesto sauce in the old fashioned way.
A way to promote my local traditions in a funny way!”
